785 million people globally don't have access to clean water. That's 1 in 10 people. In 2020 this is not ok.
I fundraise for Just a Drop in the hope that if I walk thousands of miles for clean water then the people who need to won’t have to. Find out more
Interesting stats, thank you. Surprised there wasn’t one on the number of hostage releases per day! Out of interest, what insurance did you take out – health, accident, kit?
Could you please consider a blog about your top 5 things / activities / routines that worked well on the AT, and 5 things that didn’t work out so well for you? Sum up what would you do again, and what would you not like to repeat? A Puff2 top tips for the AT!
Haha! I should do that next time!
I took out some pretty basic insurance with World Wide Insure, mostly for health, not so much for kit.
I will definitely write a blog post about that, there are a few more in the planning, but I had to take a break after spending the last couple of months chained to my computer in every spare moment (hence the reason for the late reply!)
Also, thank you SO MUCH for donating once again 🙌🏼
Nice summary. Thanks. Hope future AT hikers will see this.
Sad to see the end. You have something special in the writing. Can’t pinpoint it but it draws people in. Can’t wait for the next adventure.
Thank you for the kind words (sorry for the late reply, I was taking a break after so much time on the computer!) I’m thinking about the next adventure already!…
Alex, congratulations on finishing the AT! Thank you for sharing your adventures. It’s been fun reading all of your posts almost at once, I really got a sense of your journey. Looking forward to the next installment of the Adventures of PuffPuff!
Thank you so much. Sorry for the late reply, I was taking a digital detox after spending so much time on my computer recently! Already thinking about the next adventures…
